Terms of use
Menuto · 2026-10-12
1. Scope
These terms govern the use of Menuto by restaurants (customers) and their guests. The operator is White White Web Ltd, zh.k. Lazur 12, Et. 16, ap. 96, Burgas, Bulgaria.
2. Registration and account
Registration is open to persons acting on behalf of a restaurant. The customer is responsible for keeping access data confidential and for all activity in its account and the accounts of its team members.
3. Plans and prices
The free plan has no time limit. Paid plans (Basis, Ordering, Everything) and add-ons are billed in advance via Stripe in euro, monthly or yearly. Prices are published on the pricing page and include VAT where applicable. The operator may change prices with one month’s notice, effective from the next billing period.
4. Termination
The customer may cancel a paid plan at any time, effective at the end of the current paid period. The operator may terminate an account after a warning in case of material breach, non-payment or unlawful content.
5. Customer obligations
The customer warrants that menus, prices, allergens, photos and texts are accurate and lawful, that it owns the rights to the published content and that it complies with food, pricing, fiscal and consumer protection law. Orders and payments by guests form a contract between the guest and the restaurant; the operator is not a party to it.
6. Online payments
Card payments are processed via Stripe Connect on the restaurant’s own account. The restaurant is the merchant, is responsible for refunds and disputes and bears Stripe’s fees. The operator may retain a platform fee; its rate is communicated to the restaurant before online payments are activated.
7. Availability and support
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible. Support is provided by email.
8. Liability
The operator is liable only for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence and for breaches of essential contractual duties, in which case liability is limited to typical foreseeable damage and to the fees paid in the last 12 months. Liability for lost profit is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
9. Changes to these terms
The operator may amend these terms. Customers are notified by email or in the app at least 14 days in advance; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
Bulgarian law applies. The courts at the operator’s seat have jurisdiction unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
